Currently we are having one on-going production
that is set to start shooting mid July 2004. It is a full length
commercial film about a young girl orphaned by AIDS.

Taken by her aunt who works as a market vendor, Nabadda helps her
auntie Nanteza to attend to customers... awaiting a possibility of
joining a Nursing school against all odds
Her dream is to bring her young sister and brother together under one
roof one day, to give them a good education. Fate awaits... her auntie
after being robbed can no longer pay her tuition fees. The only
alternative for Nabadda and her auntie is to go back to the
village...start a new life: as peasant farmers.
Kassujja, Nanteza's friend rescues the situation after being promised
to take Nabadda for a wife after completing her studies.
Nabadda's fees is paid as Nanteza gets money to start up her business.
Life comes to normal.
Dr. Lule at the hospital where Nabadda does her practice takes
interest in the young beautiful bright girl.
Will Nabadda keep her promise to marry the old Kassujja despite the
exciting and handsome doctor?
What will happen to Kassujja who has diligently kept his promise and
expectant of a conjugal life with a beautiful young nurse as a life
companion?
Other than being an entertainment story Nabadda is a vehicle of the
rich Ganda culture, like marriage and inheritance. |
